Starting 2/1/2024, Veilock will no longer be providing support through Discord. Instead, we are transitioning our support services to Intercom to better streamline and enhance your support experience.

What is Changing?

Previously, our support team was available on Discord to address your queries and concerns. However, to provide a more organized and efficient support system, we have decided to centralize our support on Intercom. We will keep the support channel open on our Discord server. But, It will be used only for community support.

Why the Change?

The decision to move support to Intercom is driven by a commitment to offer you the best possible assistance. Intercom allows us to manage and prioritize support requests more effectively, ensuring a faster response time and a more personalized experience for each user.
